If you're looking for a good host, you might want to try MediaFire. They don't cost anything, and they don't place timers on downloads.
Also, DeviantArt sometimes mangles particularly long URL links or links with certain characters (thinking that they're emoticons). To get around this, use TinyURL to convert the link into something that will work with DA.
